- Red berries300 g
- Orange zest1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Almond flour1 cup
- Oats1/2 cup
- Rice flakes1/3 cup
- Cut the strawberries in four. Leave the raspberries and blueberries whole. Season the fruit with half the brown sugar, orange zest and vanilla. Stir well and reserve. For the crunchy: In a bowl, mix the almond flour, oats, rice flakes, lemon zest, the other half of the sugar and coconut oil. Mix well until it has a wet crumb texture. Reserve. In a refractory that goes to the oven, place the fruits and cover with the almond flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. And it's ready 😋 Enjoy your food!
