- You can shock it in a marble stone or in an inverted bain-marie, the point is when the chocolate is at room temperature.
- Add the chocolate in the form of an Easter egg and refrigerate
- Melt the other 50g of chocolate and mix in the peanuts, pass them around the eggshell that we prepared earlier, pass them roughly with a spoon and refrigerate
