- Red fruit syrup to taste
- Water200 g
- Sugar160 g
- Red berries500 g
- PANNA COTTA to taste
- Sour cream1 l
- Sugar180 g
- Balnilha essence to taste
- Gelatin in sheets3 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- FRUIT GRIPS
- reduce the water with sugar by half on the fire
- Add the berries to the syrup
- PANNA COTTA
- Put the cream, sugar and vanilla in a pan to boil.
- After boiling, turn off the heat and add the lemon zest and gelatin.
- Place in cube forminhas as you prefer, and take the fridge for 2 or 3 hours.
- Serve with red fruit syrup.
