- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- Dwarf Banana5 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3/4 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender except the bananas and the farofa ingredients.
- Cut the bananas lengthwise into thin slices. Reserve
- Mix the wheat, sugar, cinnamon and butter in a bowl until it forms a fine crumb. Reserve
- Grease and flour a square or round shape, place all the dough, cover with the bananas and cover with the farofa.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes or until the cake smells like baked cake.
