- To make the white cream, mix the milk with the cornstarch in a pan, bring to the boil together with the condensed milk, stirring until it thickens. Divide half into each bowl. In the first mix the powdered milk and in the second mix the alpine powder, take it to the fridge until it cools down.
- To assemble, place a spoon of white cream, then a layer of crumbled cake, then 2 tablespoons of alpine cream and another layer of crumbled cake. To finish, put the whipped cream and decorate with pieces of alpine bar.
