- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Coconut Sugar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Chocolate chips 73% cocoa to taste
- In a bowl beat the egg with a fork or a whisk;
- Add the oats and coconut sugar.
- Mix well and add the chemical yeast;
- I used silicone cupcake molds, put the dough halfway, add the chocolate chips, put more dough and finished with chocolate chips on top;
- I baked no airfryer at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
