Plain yogurt100 g
Powdered milk1 cup
Light cream1 unit(s)
Cupuaçu Pulp200 g
Kiwi1 unit(s)
Lemon zest1 coffee spoon
Culinary sweetener to taste

Blend the yogurt, powdered milk, cream, culinary sweetener and Cupuaçu pulp in a blender.
Add the lemon zest and mix with fouet.
Pour into small bowls and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, top with chopped kiwi.
