- Powdered milk1 cup
- Light cream1 unit(s)
- Cupuaçu Pulp200 g
- Kiwi1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 coffee spoon
- Culinary sweetener to taste
- Blend the yogurt, powdered milk, cream, culinary sweetener and Cupuaçu pulp in a blender.
- Add the lemon zest and mix with fouet.
- Pour into small bowls and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, top with chopped kiwi.
