- Milk1.5 l
- Sugar300 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Clean the cobs and with a knife cut the corn from the cobs.
- In a blender, beat the corn and half of the milk. Pass through a sieve and press with a spoon to release all the corn juice without the bagasse.
- Place the corn broth, sugar and the rest of the milk in a pan. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until thickened and cooked through, approximately 40 minutes.
- Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve.
