- Beat the corn with the milk in the blender for 3 minutes, pass the mixture through a very fine sieve. Place in a pan along with sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir until it starts to thicken, let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat. Place in a refractory and if you prefer add cinnamon powder on top. Leave it in the fridge.
