- Preparation mode: Place the condensed milk, sugar and milk in a thick pan. Bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it cooks well, gets creamy, thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir quickly with a spoon until it loses its shine. Grease a countertop or baking sheet with butter. Pour the candy over the butter and arrange to form a square. Cut with a knife into the desired shape. The candy will still be warm. Let cool and serve.
