- Sour cream / a pinch of salt to taste.1 can(s)
- -In the blender, beat the corn for 2 minutes together with condensed milk, and the cream,- done this with the aid of a sieve, pass the whole mixture squeezing well until only the corn bagasse is left.
- Now transfer it to a pan, take it to the fire, medium, always stirring until it thickens.
- You can't stop stirring for approx 10 minutes.
- - transfer to a shape, or bowl, and let it cool and take it to the fridge for 4 hours.
- After this time, cut and serve.
