- Pitted Dates150 g
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Cinnamon powder1/2 teaspoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Hot water1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Soak the dates in 1 cup of almost boiling water. Leave for 15 minutes.
- In a food processor or blender, add the dates along with the water and blend.
- Add the eggs and coconut oil and beat again until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, almond flour, rolled oats, yeast, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add the food processor mixture into the bowl, stir well
- Transfer to a well-greased pan or one lined with parchment paper, I recommend using parchment paper. I used a 30cm x 14cm bread pan.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
