- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch4 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- condensed milk395 g

- With a whisk I mixed the sugar and eggs well, added the other ingredients of the dough, lastly the yeast.
- Grease a form of English cake with butter and sprinkle flour, pour all the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 200° for 30min.
- While the cake was baking, I prepared the syrup, squeezed the 3 lemons, put it in a pan with the condensed milk and mixed it over low heat for 10 minutes.
- I waited for the cake to cool, unmolded it and covered it with the syrup, decorated it with lemon zest and some slices.
