- 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine150 g
- 1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
- 2 cups of milk400 ml
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 3 cups of wheat flour300 g
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder50 g
- Chopped white chocolate250 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Chocolate shavings to taste
- In a bowl place the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and beat with an electric mixer until pale.
- Add the wheat flour, milk and beat until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add the baking powder and mix gently just to incorporate.
- Separate half of the dough, add the cocoa powder in one of the parts and the vanilla essence in the mass that has turned white.
- Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, and make layers interspersing the doughs, pouring a little of each dough one on top of the other, centering in the middle of the shape.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix the white chocolate and the cream and microwave for 45 seconds, stir until all the chocolate is dissolved.
- Pierce the cake with a straw, pour the chocolate syrup, decorate with chocolate shavings and serve.
