  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour until ready (on average 500g). to taste
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl add the sugar, egg and butter, mix until smooth.
  2. Then mix the milk and start adding the flour until it loosens from your hands.
  3. Wash your hands halfway through the process, as the dough on your fingers requires more flour.
  4. When it gets to the point, the dough comes loose from the bowl, you add the yeast, mix and point.
  5. Just model, fry and pass the sugar with cinnamon, if you want 😋
  6. This recipe makes a lot. If you don't use it all in the day, wrap it with cling film and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
