- A pinch of salt to taste
- Dry Yeast5 g
- In a bowl, place the water and yeast, sprinkle a little sugar to help the yeast act, set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt, make a well in the middle of the mixture and pour the yeast mixture, coconut milk, linseed egg and coconut oil.
- Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rest until it doubles in size.
- With the dough grown, spread it out on a floured surface and Knead a little more, this time the kneading needs to be very light.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll each one out with a rolling pin until it is about a centimeter thick.
- With the dough open cut the donuts, you can use a bowl and a pastry tip to make the donuts.
- Cut donuts it's time to let them rise again, I suggest you place each donut on top of a piece of parchment paper, this will make it easier to fry.
- Once grown, just fry in hot oil and decorate with the topping you want.
