- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Flour4 cup
- Put all the ingredients in a pot except the wheat flour, mix well..
- Now add the wheat flour little by little, the dough is soft and sticking to your hands, it can't be a heavy and dry dough.
- Knead for at least 10 minutes.
- Now let the dough rest and rise for 40 minutes.
- After it grows, shape the donuts and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Fry in plenty of oil, it can't be hot, it has to be soft.
- When golden on one side, turn and brown on the other side. Remove and place on paper towel
- Put the stuffing and pass the iced sugar or icing sugar.. you can use different fillings, dulce de leche, red fruit jelly, brigadeiro, nutella, melted guava paste
- Or you can pass the fractionated chocolate and put sprinkles like I did with the donuts
