- Make the Yudanê by mixing 60g of flour and boiling water. Let rest 30 minutes to cool.
- In a mixer with a hook, place the 200g of flour, the salt on one side and the yeast on the other, the egg, milk and Yudanê.
- Beat for 5 minutes on speed 1, then another 5 minutes on speed 2.
- When it takes off from the mixer, add the butter.
- Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Open with a rolling pin and shape into donuts (a larger circle and a small one in the middle).
- Let it rest in a greased shape for 30 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil on the sides
- For the frosting, take the icing sugar to melt with the food coloring. It is necessary to dip the top of the donuts in the still hot syrup.
- For the chocolate icing, melt the bar in a water bath and dip the donuts in it.
- Decorate as you like.
