- Recipe
- Wheat flour280 g
- Sugar40 g
- Salt3 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Whole milk120 g
- unsalted butter40 g
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Oil to taste
- In the microwave, start melting the butter, and heat the milk until lukewarm.
- Mix the butter and milk and add the yeast and the egg, mix well and set aside. If the yeast is fresh, add 15 g
- In the bowl of the mixer, add the flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg. To help your mixer mix everything by hand
- Then add the yeast mixture and stir with the hook until smooth.
- Snap in the gain and start beating on medium to high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until it is very smooth.
- When finished, grease another bowl with oil and pass your dough, organize your dough so that no holes remain during fermentation.
- Cover your bolw with a wet cloth for 2 hours until it doubles in size.
- After fermentation, put flour on your table and open it with a rolling pin, until it is 1 finger thick.
- Remove the excess flour on it and cut it in the shape of the donut, I used a specific donut ring, but you can do it your way. You can do it with a cup
- After cutting, pass to a shape with parchment paper, separate them so they don't stick together. When the dough is left over, make the donuts and mark them well because they needed a longer fermentation time.
- Cover them with plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes. While you wait, make the topping, an idea can be semisweet or milk chocolate melted in a bain-marie or one of your own.
- After fermentation, heat the oil to 160 degrees and bake the donuts, an average of 1 minute each side. After frying all wait to cool down to put the topping. Dip it over the corbetura.
- Is ready!
