- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Biological Yeast Powder5 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Royal Icing3 cup
- Green and Yellow Dye to taste
- Milk6 tablespoon
- Oil to taste
- In a bowl put the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Mix well and let rest for 20 minutes.
- In another bowl, place the eggs and sugar, mix well and add the yeast mixture. And mix. Gradually add the flour and mix until it forms a smooth dough without sticking to your hand. Knead the dough well and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Then open the dough and use the donut cutter and cut. Let it rest for up to 30 minutes or until it increases in volume. In a pan put oil to fry the donuts. Let the oil drain on a paper towel and cool to make the topping.
- The topping for each color was 1 1/2 royal icing and coloring (green or yellow) and 3 colors of milk, mix everything and dip the donuts. Let the topping dry before serving.
