- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk (measurement of the can/box of condensed milk)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Crystal Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In a pan put the sugar and take it to low fire, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel.
- Still with the fire on, add the water and continue stirring until the sugar melts again.
- Pour the syrup into the pudding mold of your choice.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Tip: Dissolve gelatin according to package directions.
- Beat for 3 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Unwrap and serve yourself.
