- Sour cream200 g
- Milk300 ml
- Unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Crystal Sugar2 cup
- Melt the sugar until it becomes a caramel and pass it in the form for pudding or in the container you prefer.
- Dissolve the jellies according to the instructions on the package.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into the caramelized form and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
