- Sugar1 cup
- Claybom butter flavor (at room temperature)1 cup
- Honey or cane molasses3 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Condensed milk, boiled under pressure for 20 minutes1 can(s)
- Melted chocolate500 g
- In the mixer, beat the Claybom Flavor Butter, the sugar, the eggs and the yolks until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, kneading the dough until it is smooth and soft. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 0.5 cm thick. With the help of a circular cutter of approximately 5 cm or glass, cut the cookies, arrange them on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Don't let them brown too much.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Spread a generous layer of dulce de leche and close with another cookie, forming a sandwich. Remove excess and set aside.
- Dip each of the cookie sandwiches into the melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off and let it rest until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve next.
