- Recipe
- Cornstarch Biscuit300 g
- Butter or margarine150 g
- Cream cheese (room temperature)600 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- Dulce de leche (fresh or boiled condensed milk) for better quality.300 g
- Crush the cookies and add the butter. Knead until it turns into a wet sand-like farofa. (When you knead it, it looks like a kibbeh ahaha) Place over the removable background shape and shape the background. Take it to the fridge until the stuffing is ready.
- Put the cream cheese in the mixer and beat until it becomes a smooth cream (it's quick) Place the eggs with the mixer in motion.
- Add the sugar and salt and beat some more. Now you will remove half of this cream and leave it separate in a container. In the half that will remain in the mixer you can add the dulce de leche, now beat until well blended.
- Mixed? Now pour over the biscuit base, level well and place the other cream on top. BE CAREFUL not to mix the two, place them gently.
- Ready! Now just take it to the preheated oven at 180° for 25 min or until it inflates. Leave it alone on the countertop and then take it to the fridge.
- To decorate you can and should use your creativity. I used boiled condensed milk, as it is firmer and can be molded well. But, you can use a more fluid dulce de leche and just put it on top like a syrup. That's up to you! I hope you enjoyed it, if you have any questions send me a direct message on insta @jejemvb
