- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/3 coffee spoon
- Oil for frying1/2 l
- Warm water5 tablespoon
- In a container put the wheat flour, vinegar, soy oil and salt, mix all these ingredients well.
- Now, start adding the warm water little by little and kneading the dough until it starts to come away from your hands.
- As soon as the dough is very homogeneous, it is ready.
- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, cut into strips and roll into a straw/cone shape.
- Fry in hot oil.
- After fried, just fill with the dulce de leche and enjoy!
