- wheat flour2 cup
- whole milk2 cup
- eggs3 unit(s)
- dulce de leche400 g
- butter100 g
- Mix the wheat flour, milk and eggs until the flour is well dissolved. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Grease a frying pan with butter and make the crepes very thin. Reserve.
- Mix the butter with the dulce de leche until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of dulce de leche on the crepe and fold in 4. Place in a frying pan, cover with the rest of the cream and take it to the oven for fixings.
- Serve with a generous scoop of cinnamon ginger ice cream.
