- Softened Butter3 tablespoon
- Whole milk3/4 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Dulce de leche200 g
- Cinnamon powder1/2 coffee spoon
- Start by preparing the farofa, in a container mix, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of wheat and cinnamon. Reserve.
- Prepare the cuca. In a mixer, beat the eggs with 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the milk, 2 cups of wheat flour and beat more to mix. Finally, add the yeast, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Pour the dough in a greased form with wheat flour and butter.
- Put spoonfuls of the dulce de leche all over the head. Cover with the farofa.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 30 minutes (do the toothpick test).
