- Recipe
- Fresh cream (or whipped cream)700 ml
- Dulce de leche600 g
- Two boxes of White Bis252 g
- White chocolate chips200 g
- Beat 500 ml cream in the mixer until doubled in volume.
- Add the dulce de leche and continue stirring.
- In a glass dish (or in a glass) make a layer of dulce de leche mousse
- Repeat this process 3 times until the mousse is used up (but save some of the Bis)
- Melt white chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes
- Mix the white chocolate with 200ml of cream.
- Pour the ganache over the dessert and decorate with the Bis.
- Place in the fridge for two hours.
