- Recipe
- Sour cream1.2 l
- Refined sugar250 g
- Unflavored gelatin18 g
- Vanilla essence10 ml
- Dulce de leche150 g
- White chocolate chips or shavings100 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Chocolate Cookies8 unit(s)
- First, hydrate the gelatin with 8 tablespoons of water and set aside.
- Place 1 liter of cream, the vanilla essence and 250g of granulated sugar in a pan and bring to a boil over low heat. (Just enough to mix everything together and get smooth).
- Place the hydrated gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds. Then remove and mix with the cream from the pan.
- Put it in pie shapes or half cups (if serving in the cup itself) and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, unmold the panna cotta by running a very thin knife along the entire side of the panna cotta (to loosen it) and then turning it over on a plate. Place the dulce de leche in a bowl and mix with a little of the cream until smooth. You add the dulce de leche to your liking to make it less sweet or sweeter.
- Now put this mixture on top of the pana cotta and throw the crushed cookies (like farofa) on top of the cream. Finish with white chocolate chips or zest and Sicilian lemon zest to perfume the dessert.
