- Dulce de leche400 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk300 ml
- Unflavored gelatin12 g
- Water5 tablespoon
- In a pan put 2 cans of cream, the vanilla essence, the xylitol on high heat until it thickens.
- Hydrate the unflavored colorless gelatin powder in water and place in a water bath or microwave for 15 seconds to melt.
- In the blender, place the dulce de leche, the cream, the milk and beat until smooth, add the already hydrated gelatin and beat a little more.
- Pour the pudding into a pudding mold. No need to grease, pass the mold under running water before putting the pudding
- Place in the fridge for 6 hours to chill.
