- Water5 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour6 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Ready-to-eat dulce de leche to taste
- Refined sugar to taste
- In a mixer, beat the eggs with the water until doubled in volume. Whisking constantly, gradually add the sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Turn off the mixer and sift the wheat flour and baking powder, mixing lightly.
- Pour into a rectangular baking dish (31 cm x 42 cm) lined with parchment paper, and bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and turn out while still hot on a parchment paper sprinkled with sugar.
- Transfer the dulce de leche to a container and mix until smooth.
- Spread the dulce de leche over the dough, roll it up and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
