- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Dark chocolate180 g
- White chocolate180 g
- Calypso Cracker (package)1 unit(s)
- Add the cookies to the blender and beat until it forms a flour.
- Melt the margarine and place together with the cookie in a bowl, stir until it forms a crumb.
- Place this farofa in a shape with a removable rim and press it until it fills the entire bottom of the shape.
- Place the cookies around the shape with the chocolate side out.
- Place in the freezer for half an hour
