- Puff pastry400 g
- Bananas6 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- On a floured bench, open the puff pastry well, in all directions, with the help of a roll, forming a rectangle.
- In the center of the dough place the chopped banana, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon. Leave the edges of the dough unfilled.
- Roll the dough like a swiss roll.
- Cut into slices, place them on a greased tray and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- Tip: serve the slices hot with whipped cream or a pastry cream or ice cream!!!!!
