- Same measure as the can of flakes/vitamin/couscous pasta1 can(s)
- Same measure as a can of liquid whole milk1 can(s)
- Half a can of oil1/2 can(s)
- Cottage cheese (optional)3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Throw all the ingredients in the blender, EXCEPT THE REQUEIJÃO and beat for approximately 3 min.
- Unite a mold with margarine and wheat flour, put your mix and then the curd on top, no problem if it goes down. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes, insert a toothpick to see if it's ready, if it doesn't come out clean, leave it for a few more minutes.
