- Warm water1 cup
- Filling: Iced whipped cream200 ml
- Ice water300 ml
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Strawberry Juice Powder25 g
- Brigadier: whole milk300 ml
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Chopped semisweet chocolate90 g
- In the blender I beat the ingredients of the dough except the flour and yeast that I added last. I poured the dough into a greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder. Bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°
- In the blender I beat the cold water, powdered milk and juice until it was very creamy. In the mixer I beat the whipped cream for 2 minutes, added the blender mixture with the whipped cream.
- I waited for the cake to cool, unmolded it and cut it in half, wet the first part of the cake with a mixture of milk and chocolate, put all the stuffing, covered it with the other part of the cake, wet it, covered it with plastic and took it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- In a pan I put all the ingredients for the brigadeiro, I took it to the low fire, stirring well for 15 minutes, I let it cool completely.
- I removed the cake from the fridge, covered it with the brigadeiro and decorated it with chocolate shavings.
