- Grated dried coconut (can be the one in a bag too)1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut milk1 unit(s)
- Whole milk1 can(s)
- Egg yolk2 unit(s)
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Cornstarch Biscuit Pack1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine5 tablespoon
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit (until it reaches the point of bran) and mix it with the margarine in a dish or refractory of your choice for the pie
- You can use freshly grated coconut or industrial bagged coconut (the coarse grated gives more flavor and makes the texture more delicious), so in the pan you put condensed milk, the same measure of condensed milk, a glass of milk of coconut, the yolks and the cornstarch dissolved with a little milk and the grated coconut (separating a little to put on top)
- Mix everything until it thickens well and pour hot even on top of the biscuit base on the platter and bake for 10mn in medium oven remove and let it cool
- With the coconut that you separated, take it in the pan sprinkle a little bit of sugar and stir non-stop until the coconut is golden, as soon as it is golden, turn it off and place it on top of the spread pie, and that's it, a delicious creamy coconut pie, easy and practical
