- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- In a blender add all the ingredients and blend for 5 minutes.
- To prepare the syrup, add the sugar in a pan and heat until the sugar melts and takes on a yellowish string.
- Put the syrup in a form suitable for pudding and spread all over it.
- Add the blender mixture to the mold and cover (if you don't have a lid, cover with aluminum foil)
- Cook in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until it is completely cooked.
- Let it cool down and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Unmold, serve and be happy!
