- Sugar2 cup
- White Vanilla Essence1 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Sugar (Slurry)2 cup
- Water (Slurry)1/2 cup
- Place the buns in a bowl, add the milk and sugar, mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, put all the mixture in the blender and add the eggs, beat for 2 minutes and set aside.
- Place the blender mixture in a caramelized shape and bake in a bain-marie, covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour at 200°C.
- Do the toothpick test to see if the pudding is ready.
- SYRUP: Place the sugar in a pan and heat over medium heat until it turns into a caramel.
- Then add the water and stir until the caramel lumps dissolve.
- Let it thicken for about 5 minutes on low heat.
- Let the syrup cool a little, and put it in a shape with a central hole, at the bottom of the shape.
