- Recipe
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter250 ml
- Nescau/Chocolate3 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil (Maybe)1 tablespoon
- Get a clean bowl. Crack an egg, if it's good, put it in the bowl, continue like this until you break all the eggs and put them in the bowl.
- Add a cup of sugar. Place 250ml of butter in the microwave for 1min and 50sec. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the sugar well with a fork or mixer.
- Pour in the butter and mix.
- Take your cup of nescau and sift over the mixture. As soon as you sieve a cup, mix until smooth, repeating the same step in all the cups.
- After the dough is homogeneous, add a cup of flour, also sifted (using a fork helps to get the flour down)
- After the dough is ready, leave it in the bowl, take a small shape (the size will depend, my small shape needs two doughs to get the right size, the dough has to be a finger from the edge)
- Grease the mold with oil and nescau or chocolate, it can also be greased with butter and chocolate
- Place in preheated oven. At high temperature for MAXIMUM 45min.
- Then just take it out of the oven, cut and eat.
- You'll know if you've got it right if it's half-gum.
