- chocolate bar100 g
- margarine or butter6 tablespoon
- eggs3 unit(s)
- sugar8 tablespoon
- chocolate powder2 tablespoon
- Unbleached Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
- milk200 l
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- cream cheese200 g
- eggs4 unit(s)
- vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Make the brownie: Melt the margarine and chocolate bar together in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- In a mixer beat the eggs and sugar until it becomes a whitish mass.
- Add the melted butter and chocolate to the mixer, beat until combined.
- Lastly put the chocolate powder and flour, beat a little just to mix.
- Grease a 25cm springform pan with margarine and flour.
- Put the brownie dough inside and book.
- Make the cheesecake: Beat all the cheesecake ingredients together in an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie batter.
- Place this form with the dough inside a larger form with water, to bake in a bain-marie.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Put the toothpick if it is too liquid, leave it a little longer, but if the toothpick is just dirty, it is not very liquid, remove it from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes and unmold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve
