- Cleaned and chopped carrots300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil200 ml
- Refined sugar360 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Baking powder8 g
- Turn on the oven to ensure preheat to 180 degrees
- Grease and flour a cake tin.
- Blend the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar in a blender for approximately 5 minutes.
- Place in a bowl and add the sifted flour and yeast. Mix.
- Bake at 180˚C for about 30 minutes, if you prefer ramekins, like I do; approximately 50 minutes if you prefer a single large pan or until your toothpick comes out clean from inside the cake.
