- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate3 tablespoon
- Granules (optional)0 to taste
- In the blender add the carrots, sugar, eggs and the oil and beat well.
- Add the beaten mixture to the wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix gently
- Pour into a greased and floured shape and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until you wait for a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- In the meantime, make the topping: In a pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, the margarine and the chocolate powder.
- Bring to a low heat and cook until it becomes a soft brigadeiro. Pour over the cake while still hot and sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Now just enjoy!!
