- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Large eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- grated cheese50 g
- Shredded Coconut50 g
- In the blender place the eggs, coconut milk, milk, butter, sugar and beat well for 3 minutes, then add the cassava little by little and if you need to turn off the blender and help with a spoon ..pour in a bowl and mix the cheese, the coconut, a pinch of salt and yeast.. put it in a greased and floured medium shape and take it to the oven for 40/45 minutes.. until the toothpick comes out clean.
