- Dulce de leche (firm consistency preferred)150 g
- Semisweet or 70% or chopped milk chocolate300 g
- Almonds for garnish (optional) to taste
- Place the dulce de leche on top of the part of the Maria biscuit that is drawn and close with the other biscuit (about a tablespoon of dulce de leche in each alfajor) repeat this process and add 2 layers of biscuits filled with dulce de leche milk (so the alfajor gets higher)
- Close well and remove the excess that came out on the sides with a knife.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and bathe the alfajores in this Chocolate, remove the excess chocolate and place it on a tray lined with cling film and take it to the fridge for about 15 minutes and that's it 😋
