- Recipe
- Wheat Flour (Dough)1 cup
- Water (dough)1 cup
- Margarine (Dough)2 tablespoon
- Eggs (dough)2 unit(s)
- Corn starch (filling)2 tablespoon
- Gems (filling)2 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder (filling)4 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 l
- Milk or dark chocolate bar1/2 unit(s)
- Milk chocolate1 unit(s)
- Start with the stuffing:
- Put the milk to boil.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix egg yolks and cornstarch.
- When the milk boils, put this mixture, and the chocolate powder and mix quickly so the yolks don't cook.
- Mix until you form a confectioner-like cream, add the chopped chocolate and mix.
- Cover this cream with film paper and book.
- Prepare the dough:
- In a pan, put the water and margarine and let it boil.
- As soon as the water boils, add the wheat flour all at once and mix until it forms a smooth dough that comes away from the bottom of the pan. She looks like coxinha dough.
- Transfer this dough to a bowl and add the eggs one by one, mixing well each time you add the egg.
- Put this dough in a pastry bag and make the model of the chocolate bomb in a greased shape or with baking paper. If you prefer, make it in the shape of Carolinas, then just fill it with dulce de leche.
- Bake until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and fill with the reserved cream.
- Melt the chocolate bar in the microwave every 30 seconds until melted and cover the chocolate bombs with that melted chocolate.
