- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Chocolate powder or cocoa powder1 cup
- stale coffee1/2 cup
- Very hot water1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, etc.)1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar and chocolate.
- With a spoon, make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients.
- In this medium add the oil, eggs, water and coffee. Mix everything with a spatula or fouet
- Add the yeast and mix until incorporated.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes, or until the toothpick test comes out clean. Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven, keep an eye out.
