- Sifted Wheat Flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 cup
- Dough preparation method: In a blender or mixer, beat the eggs, milk, sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter. Beat for 10 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour and beat for 5 minutes. Add the yeast and beat for 2 minutes.
- Grease a form with butter, pour the dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180°C. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
- Syrup preparation method: In a turned off pan, add the condensed milk, the cream, 1 tablespoon of butter and the chocolate powder. Mix and turn on the fire. Stir constantly, until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Once you've reached the point, throw it over the cake and that's it!.
