- Fine cornmeal (mimoso)1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C Grease a 23cm mold
- Blend everything in a blender for 2 minutes, except the yeast. Turn off the blender and mix the yeast gently with a spoon. Pour into the greased shape and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test, it should come out a little wet because the cake is very creamy, but not "dirty" with dough.
