- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil1/3 cup
- Millarina for couscous or flakes1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, milk and milharina in a blender.
- Add the corn and beat very little so it doesn't completely break up.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- To grease the form, use a little oil and sprinkle sugar, this makes the cake even more beautiful.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until the cake is golden on top.
